"Failed to register the product" -- Please help!

    I downloaded the trial version of Acronis True Image Home 9.0. In the installation process, I have not made it past the registration page. Every time I try to register the product, I get a "Failed to register the product. Please try again later" message. I have tried registering with both Windows Firewall and Norton AntiVirus Auto-Protect disabled. I still get the error message with either or both of those programs disabled. I connect to the internet with a cable modem.

    Does anyone know what I should do? Is there a way to make the registration process work?
