By chance I stumbled on this one. They either log or don't log, depending on the source. Several payment methods, including PP and CC. Nothing truly anonymous. Not that expensive. Not sure where their servers are located, juridictions involved etc. But F-secure is a well known seurity company. Pro ? Any thoughts ?
They come from Finland. Their Chief Research Office is Mikko Hyppönen and is great promoter of privacy. You can check some of his TED talks on this subject. I like their Android an iOS app. It's simple to use and their server list and speeds are OK. Only thing that I don't like is that they don't offer configuration files for native OpenVPN client. You can buy their subscription on Black Friday / Cyber Monday with substantial discount.
