Hi waters. You need to contact TechSupport@boomerangsoftware.com
tell them you had registered your copy of Antivirus program and do not
remember your access data ,username and password for virus definitions
update, nor the download link supplied upon purchase nor do you have the original registration number because of the latest reinstalation of windows and loss of your data.
you would have provided your email and name when you purchased so there should be no issues. good luck

If you saved the email you received from extendia with the serial number and password, when you purchased it, there is a download link on it.
If you did not, you are going to have to deal with those clowns at tech support and from what I have read it can be a big pain in the butt.

    regards

    Hi SPC,

As you are now our resident expert on eXtendia's support, why do you suggest he tells them he has lost everything?

I would have thought he would need to supply as many original details as possible to justify he is a genuine customer!

    thanks for replys.
    I have printed purchase details.
I have user name and password.
The only contact information is www. extendia.com.
On this page there is no option to enter details for re download.

you just need to contact technical support and ask them for a new download link. TechSupport@boomerangsoftware.
however on your email details there is a link and a password incase you decide to download at a later date .

It looks like you did not save the correct page.

There should have been one with a password together with an activation code. This had the download link on it, as Honeyak stated above.

Your best bet now is to contact support. Next time, burn the program to disk ;)

As the link provided was a direct link only given to eXtendia customers it was requested to be removed.

    Many thanks SPC.

    Cheers

the updates will be enabled once you enter the correct name and password that was given to you at purchase. If you no longer have that you will need to contact TechSupport@boomerangsoftware.com as explained earlier. as you will be unable to use extendia.

I left all my settings as they came with the default . It may help rebooting a few times . Also clean up with a registry cleaner and defrag . That may help. I think that if you are able to let it sit with your pc for a few days it should flow well. I use firefox and its fine . The few times I find my surfing slows down its more than likely my connection or such .
