exPRESSit S.E.?

I'm curious if anyone has used this software - exPRESSit S.E.

I bought a CD jewel case insert refill package by Memorex from Best Buy the other day, and was going to download the software CD (exPRESSit S.E. 2.2) that came with it....but before I did, when Spyware Doctor was scanning, as it searched the registry for items like Bargain Buddy, CWS, etc., it seemed to be scanning for SOMETHING similar to "EXPRESSIT" (but since it scans so quickly, I couldn't read the exact entry for sure). Then I did a web search for this software, and saw it listed quite a bit in "Hijack This" logs. I realize that means nothing, because legitimate software is often listed in those logs.....but what can anyone tell me about this piece of software? Thanks
