Does anyone know what the standard memory usage of explorer.exe is/should be (if there is any)? I'm running WinXP SP2 Home Edition and on my box the explorer.exe memory usage varies between 24 and 29 Megs. Is this normal/okay?

    Hello,
Depends how long the pc's been on and what I've been doing. After 2 weeks, it can go up to 35K in my case. Usually begins quite low, approx. 10K.

Mine starts at 20MB at boot and after loading some programs it runs up to 25/27 Megs.
