    When I create a new sandbox, and try to open the filemanager Windows-Explorer, I get an error that Explorer has crashed. This also happens in a existing sandbox, after deleting the content of it.

    I found out, what causes this error: My virus checking program is AVG-Free ( https://www.avg.com/en-gb/homepage#pc ), and it seems, that it needs to have access to a file named "ashshell.log" in the path "D:\Sandbox\Ra\KurzEinsatz3\user\all\AVG\Antivirus\log\", when Explorer starts . I discovered the file in an older sandbox which never is deleted - also in the real path outside of Sandboxie this file exists ( C:\ProgramData\AVG\Antivirus\log\ ). When the file is there in this sandbox path (even when it has 0 bytes), the Explorer can start without problems. But when the file is not there, the crash will happen.

    So I can circumvent the Explorer crash, when i copy this file (no content = 0 bytes) into this sandbox path, after I emptied a sandbox. But it is not very comfortable, and in the past this problem have not existed - i don't know, where it occured the first time.

    Also i could end the problem, when i edit the sandbox configuration to the following:
    ReadFilePath=C:\ProgramData\AVG\Antivirus\log\ashshell.log
    So the original file outside of Sandboxie is read, and AVG don't tries to open it into the sandboxed path, where it does not exists in a new sandbox.

    So please, David, could you have a look on it? In the template section, i checkmarked the template "AVG Anti-Virus / LinkScanner" (category "Security/Privacy"), but this have not helped.
    My operating system is Windows 7 (64 Bit), used Sandboxie version is v1.12.7.
