I used firefox 2.0.0.6 and ESS beta2 on default settings.
    Then I installed firefox RC1 2.0.0.7 .

i expected to be warned by ESS that the exe code of FF application has been changed, but i received no warning at all.

Is that a bug ? should it be like that ?

I asume that FF is digitally signed and ESS is set by default to allow modification of signed (trusted) files.

I checked FF 2.0.0.7 RC1 and it seems that it is not digitally signed. :doubt:
