I'm just wondering if any of you FD users out there add exclusions other than the default *.tmp one. I haven't, but wonder if it's worth adding something like the Temp. Internet Files?

Never have Tony. It's always been fast enough that it was never an issue for me.

If I DIDN't have my data on a separate partition and I had alot of data that was "expendable" (maybe newsgroups database files or such) intermingled with valuable data such that data anchoring was impractical, then I guess I could see a hypothetical need for excluding certain file extensions.

I guess you're right. One could always clear the cache before updating a snapshot anyway.
