NOD32 version 18.104.22.168 RA console version 22.214.171.124 I'm running into an issue on one of our networks where realtime scanning on the server (2k8 R2) is locking up files needed for the client's management software to run. (Easy Dental 2010) All of the directories and files associated with Easy Dental have been set up as exclusions. When running Easy Dental with realtime scanning turned on at the server, a variety of file access associated errors are thrown. Disabling realtime scanning resolves the issue. Is there another box I need to check somewhere to make Eset completely ignore these files and locations?
