    I see nothing weird in it. Just 1 guy moving from 1 company to another. There's no rule that dictates one must adopt the same exact position/field as in one's previous expertise. If you look at his career (Wiki page), it really comes off as no surprise. With his business degree and leadership positions in various companies previously, the dude is more than qualified.

    The point I was trying to make is moving from Mozilla to AVG, that is what was or is of interest, to some :D

    IMO, with the insanity of Mozilla of late (the super, hyper update schedule to match Chrome, the lack of TLS support beyond 1.0 and more), it will be interesting to see how he can make AVG just as "awesome". (And I have been a big FF fan!)
