    Hi cupez80,

Please check that the ewidoguard.exe and the securitysuite.exe both have full internet access at your kerio firewall.

If this don't work please tell me the error message you can read in the statusbar of your ewido security suite

    BR

Are you using a hardware router or firewall?

    Hi,

Please try to use the Kerio WinRoute Firewall internal Proxy feature ( You should enable it in the Firewall settings if it is disabled ).

You can configure ewido anti-malware in the update window for using a proxy.

By way of background, I've newly acquired "big E" now that you have support here, after hearing good things about it for quite a while. I've removed the guard, since I think that periodic scans plus a good resident a-v should be adequate, so I don't have auto-updates enabled.

I think I'm getting update-downloads OK -- the first check after installing ewido was pretty obvious, and there's been no error messages.

A couple of suggestions relating to updates, if I may? How about a status-message popup, similar to other apps, which tells you you're already up to date if you connect successfully but there's nothing new? And maybe one to tell you that you've sucessfully gotten a new update?

And on the Status screen, how about adding the date of the most recent defs update you have installed to the ref. number already shown? It's not clear whether "Last update" refers to the date of your last check, the date of the last download, or the date of the def-update itself.

    Thanks and best,
    Mike

i try all kind of ways like uninstall fully and install. Even d/l the SignaturesCleaner.exe it wont work ~_~

When i visit the website looks like the website respoding is very slow. Could it be the company block asia location for useing this? [im just guessing]

After clicking update I got msg like "connection could not be estblished". " the update server is in the process of being updated. please try again later~". some time end up like the pic i attach. All this happen to me for days ~_~
