ewido crash

    I have just installed ewido 4.0, and started a complete system scan. My PC runs with XP-Pro SP2, and the only other protection software is AVG. I am running Windows Firewall, although planning to install ZoneAlarm, and also DiamondCS' ProcessGuard.
    After about half-way through the scan, ewido crashed.

    The error.txt shows "Error: CreateToolhelp32Snapshot failed, Value: 000005AF, Position: .\ConnectionViewer.cpp, 946"
    The ewido.err shows "Exception code: E06D7363"

    What does this mean, please?

    Do you have a ewido.dmp file in your folder, too? If so please send ewido.err AND ewido.dmp as a zipped archive to our support thanks.

    Thank you, Vinzenz. I checked the ewido program folders, and there's no .dmp file. So, as advised, I have forwarded ewido.err as a zipped archive to your Support.
