Ewido affecting Explorer?

I recently installed Ewido and BitDefender on my computer since I read elsewhere in this forum that both are a decent combination. However, now all of a sudden the "Play all" option in Windows Explorer just does not work. I can click it but it does not do anything even though there are all mp3's in that folder. The default player for mp3's on my comp is windows media player.
So I know it's compatible with XP SP2 that I have. Does anyone think it's Ewido or BitDefender?
