    Computer:	NO1
    Description:

All machines are Windows XP SP3 with different software/hardware.

    Anyone have any ideas?

The latest version is 4.0.424. I'd suggest you give it a try to see if the problem persist. Does the GUI starts normally? I.e. does the splashscreen appears on startup and disappears after 2-5 seconds?
