ESS V4 Email Client and Browser selection missing

I removed NOD32 AV (v3) this morning and installed ESS V4.

In the advanced tree, the dialogs for selection of Email Clients and Browsers are missing. All other selections are present. Computer is Vista Sp1, fully patched.

I installed from the same file to an XP SP3 computer last week but did not experience this problem.

Perhaps some files/settngs straggling from V3 caused this? I plan on uninstalling again tomorrow morning, manually deleting all ESET folders in Program Files, Program Data, Users, then re-installing.

Is there is cleaning program from ESET that I need to run?

Note: This is the Business Edition. Installer file used is: essbe_nt32_enu.msi

That's fine, http/pop3 checking is not done through a local proxy on Vista SP1 so these options don't appear in the setup.
