ESS Trial Virus Signature

    For some reason I cannot update the Virus signature database. Syas my user name and password are wrong - this can't be right, as I have copied the User name & Password as requested. have I missed anything here?

    be quick otherwise I'll be back on PC-Cillian

    Try restarting your computer. It may or may not help.

    Please submit a Customer Care query from within the program so that we can check if the username/password you entered is correct.

    I just bought the $USD 59 Security Suite and am having the same problem. I'm cutting and pasting exactly as it is in the email and the enter login/pw box just keeps popping back up until IE kicks back with a website encountering problems etc. I'm on a new computer with an expired trial of MCafee, have eeye blink on the other PC but want the number 1 AV.. they got my $ quick enough.. HELP!!!
