ESS thinks a request on port 5355 is a Port scanning attack?

    10/10/2010 21:52:33 Detected Port Scanning attack 192.168.1.64:5355 192.168.1.50:56348 UDP

Why does it think that? None of my computers are infected, ESS running on all of them so why does it keep blocking them?

Goto Rules and Zone setup, Add your IP Address or Subnet to "Exclude from Active Protection (IDS)", make sure to "Allow Sharing" for Trusted Zone. If nothing works still, try creating a new rule which allows all communication at every port for the LAN subnet / address.

    Cheers!
