ESS Personal Firewall !!! Fixed For Sharing Files

I found a Way to allow the firewall to let us see our network computers after 10 hours of non-stop work.. Right Click on "My Network Places" --> properties then right click on your active connection --> properties there as well now the local area connection properties windows should open in this page you should see client, protocols and services .... UN-select the eset personal firewall client service and click ok ... do a re-boot... if there is no change if you still dont see you network computers go Set up a home or small office network ... it worked for me

So, now that everyone knows the completely incorrect way, I'd suggest they check section 3.3 (Trusted zone setup) in the ESS User Guide and learn to configure things properly.

 

Indeed, this is as good as disabling your firewall.
