ESS Firewall log empty?!

    Does anyone know why the firewall log is always empty please? In the settings section, I have log all blocked connections ticked. All the other log sections seem to update as normal.

    I'm using ESS 4.2.71.2 on Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

    Check the size of the file C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET Endpoint Security\Logs\epfwlog.dat if it's about 50 bytes. If it's much larger, there's probably a problem displaying it in gui.

    Thanks Marcos.

    The dat file is 52MBs.

    I'll boot into Safe Mode to back it up then delete it and hopefully that should fix it.

    Before you do so, please back up the file first, compress it, upload it to a safe location and PM me the download link.
