When I try to set the firewall to interactive mode by clicking on the hyperlink in the firewall settings page, nothing happens. If I make any config changes and click OK to save them, I get an error saying "An error occurred while saving the configuration. Please make sure that you have permissions to change settings". I'm logged on as an admin with full rights on the machine so I'm not sure why this is happening. Eset support suggested the following: Code: Please open the Eset software, Press F5 to open advanced settings, Under "Antivirus and Antispyware" un-tick the "Enable Self-defense" Press OK on the window that appears, Reboot your computer, After doing that, please try to edit the settings, and it should let you then edit as you need too, in which case the problem is solved, and Self-defense can be turned back on. That didn't work. Any ideas?
