ess bug or ess don't know what is happand?

Real-time file system protection file C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\Desktop\JEWELC~1.1-M\xxxxView.exe Win32/PassMa.D worm cleaned by deleting - quarantined NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM Event occurred during an attempt to access the file by the application: C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXE.

i let virus to run on pc.
now all pc exe when i go its become virus.
and now started ess to cleanup them.
i just done this for r&d.hope eset team done many time this.
gess what virus is still there.
now ess scan go to any place that place exe become virus ..
its strange i hv not touched or go to that folder when i off ess.
but
now virus in all exe.
i want to know ess devloper are intrested to research in that exe?
i can upload for u at any place. or send to email.

ess is new and just relessed i know many bug possible.
i want to help ess to be best on antivirus and firmwall.
