ESS along Side AVG Linkscanner does not work

    I just tried to in stall AVG LinkScanner on my machine and I am unable to surf the internet. If i Uninstall AVG Linkscanner I am then Able to Surf the Internet again. Is there a way to get LinkScanner to work alongside ESS or am I going to have to downgrade to NOD32?

    tried maybe with web scanning module disabled in ESS

    Ok I just Uninstalees Ess and Installed NOD32, Now I can acess the internet with AVG LinkScanner running along side NOD32. So, I think we can rule out the web scanning module. I think the problem has to do with the firrewall and its protocol filtering.
