I have a feeling their scripts were only coded for 4 digits - because they have hung at 9999 - it's a pain, because turning the virusradar pages back into the other format for our website is taking some work... grrr...

    Heya webyourbusiness,

Good to see you back here!

Yes, let's hope that whoever made that code and/or maintain their website got a wake-up call and fix it. And let's hope that we not get only a default reply like "we are aware of it, but we don't know when it will get fixed".

It seems it was only a problem with sorting, it should be fixed by now.

yep - I hope so - thanks for noticing I was "back" - truth is, I've always been checking in, but not so frequently - and I wasn't participating as there was much less ESET threads :)

yes - they fixed it - thank you!! My update script for our website was based on the format used in the USA (.com site) - it was painful putting the other format back into that fmt - THANK YOU!

    Don't see anything wrong here:
    UpdateDate
    10005 Jun 26 2014
    10004 Jun 26 2014
    10003 Jun 26 2014
    10002 Jun 26 2014
    10001 Jun 25 2014
    10000 Jun 25 2014
    9999 Jun 25 2014
    9998 Jun 25 2014

This has been fixed as well. It was a problem with sorting order.
