I used the procedure at http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?pag...earch&viewlocale=en_US&searchid=1358454347615 to try activate the ESET toolbar in my Outlook Express. However, after doing the procedure 3 times, including having one other person do it to be sure that I wasn't missing anything, the toolbar still does not show up. ? What am I doing wrong?
