    E-mailed ESET support with a question over 48 hours ago. No response.

    Posted a thread in the official support forum over 24 hours ago. No response.

    If anyone reading this is thinking about purchasing licenses for ESET software, be warned. When you have problems, and you will have many, this is the typical response.
