ESET subscription renewal process

    I lost faith in ESETs support long ago so I was not suprised with the following. Our subscription expires on Dec 9 so last week I submitted our renewal.

    Apparently ESETs procedure for this is to TURN OFF your current account while you wait for your new license to process. We've been without any new definititions for over 24 hours.

    ESET has disabled our protection without notice before our expiration date.

    My experience today...

    There email reply when renewing say's...
    "....This is now being processed and a licence will be emailed to you within
    a few minutes...."

    That was nearly 6 hours ago o_O

    Why so long o_O

    Update:-
    Now 24 hours and no licence.....

    I am testing ESET Smart Security right now. I certainly hope that your experience is an exception, and not the rule. That would be unsettling for me.

    Have you checked your junk mail folder to verify your license renewal was not accidentally flagged as spam by your ISP or mail client?
