Eset Startup Problems

    Has anyone else experienced this problem and came up with a solution. Whenever i startup my computer and xp gets to the desktop screen, For about a second i get a warning saying i have no anti virus on the taskbar and then the eset icon appears on the taskbar. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and anything else i can think of. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Perhaps there is a issues with Windows security center. Try this KB article to see if it resolves the issue.

    Seems the software is not loading fast enough, a defragmention might help also. Could also be that other software is conflicting, do you have any other security programs running? Tried excluding them from start-up to see if the issue resolves (just to check).
