    Hello,

ESET offers a free program called ESET SysInspector which can help identify installed services, drivers, registry keys and other objects. Try downloading a copy of ESET SysInspector from ESET, running it create a log file and then searching the log file for references to "F-Secure". If you find any objects, remove them by renaming them or copying them to a CD-R or USB flash drive, and then try reinstalling ESET Smart Security.

    Regards,

    Aryeh Goretsky
