ESET Smart Security Firewall ranked as one of the worst available!!!

I'm a big fan of ESET and I used NOD32 for years before recently upgrading to the full Smart Security suite..

I've so far been quite pleased with it, with no virus infection and very minor spyware problems. But today I just came across security this website ranking several security suites...

ESET Smart Security is among the worst firewall they tested!! even worse, some FREE versions of FW solutions such as outpost, online armor and comodo are ranked as better (they are actually among the top 5)

What has been your experience using SmartSecurity FW?

Do you reckon I should install NOD32 instead + one free FW solutions such as outpost or online armor? (my ESET key is valid for both SmartSecurity and NOD32)

Use it before wasting the effort on registering.

 

Matousec tests have been discussed here numerous times and an official ESET response was given in the past as well. Try using the search feature to avoid creating duplicate threads on the same topic.
