Something tells me ESet doesn't like money. If that is the case why don't they just give us this AV for free? I contacted ESet two weeks prior to my license expiring. I am now 2 days into an expired enterprise license and have merely received "<insert moron's name here> will be contacting you shortly. They are our <insert location here> regional sales manager dealing with your area". Phone calls are just the same. "Someone will be contacting you shortly" *click*. As you can tell - I'm one very pissed off customer. Not due to the product, but due to the piss poor customer service.
