have any of you guys ever used the Rip and Replace that ESET will design to go out, and remove your current AV solution such as Symantec.. How affective was this.. I am getting ready for a mass implementation for 2000 computers.

I've recommended it for a few customers in the past in a similar situation and they all had positive outcomes.
I think it is a great service that Eset provides and any customers we can help move towards Eset products, the better.

contact a reseller who can arrange a webex - it's AWESOME - you'll think it was worth every penny.

I ended up doing my deployment through group policy. It is a machine shutdown script that manually removes SAV (and a bunch of crap it leaves behind) and then installs Nod through a normal package deployment. It has been really effective for me.
