Eset Remote Administrator Console - Some Clients not showing as updated

We have 300 sites, all using the same config file on setup. Password protected so that nothing can be changed by the end user.

Problem is that some sites are not showing as updated, yet when I VNC into the client, it is fully up to date with the latest DB.

All 300 clients are connected to the server via VPN. all with a 10.x.x.x IP, no firewalls, all set up by our team with identical windows settings.
They update from the mirror on our server and they all have the correct settings.

I've restarted the erac service with no luck.
I've updated the affected PC's with new config files with again, no luck.

This only problem only affects 1 / 80 sites. Erac and the client NOD32's are all fully up to date.

Any solutions?
