ESEt Online scanner, strange results

    I have/had a virus issue, and as part of the treatment I ran the ESET online scanner. It found 60,000 of 70,000 files infected. The notepad file was so large i couldnt paste it the the helping website. After some investingating I discovered all of the infection threats are coming from my NTUSER.DAT file. Has anyone experienced this. I dont know what do. I am rerunning esst online scanner and allowing it to fix the issues, I how that doesnt cause more trouble
