    Hi,

I can't seem to find the answer that I am looking for and hope someone here can point me in the right direction.

We have a valid Eset Nod32 Version 3 Business Edition subscription. We are about to install a Win 2008 R2 Terminal Server on our network and I'm wondering whether this version of Eset is compatible with Win 2008 R2?

If not, which version of Eset is and will our existing license cover using a different version product?

    Many Thanks

    Duke

    ESET NOD32 4.2.58 build may be compatible with Win2k8 R2 x64. IMHO.

Thanks for the reply Nerimash. Do you know if our license will work with that version? Also, where can I download that version?

    Thanks

    Licenses work with any release.

You can download it from the ESET website, on the downloads page. It's the current release.

Do yourself a favor and stick with v3 on any/all servers for now...

v4 has been buggy from day one on servers - mostly SBS servers but others as well - and the problem persists.

Latest v3 is fine one servers, so just stick with it for the time being.

Thanks tanstaaf, but is it compatible with Win 2008 R2, especially under a Terminal Server environment?

Of course - I wouldn't have recommended doing so if it wasn't.
