I Cannot "enable real-time file system protection" It says Non-Functional. I went to setup, Enter entire advanced setup tree..., checked enable real-time file system protection, hit OK and nothing it did not turn on. Tried to click default and nothing. I also ran the On-demand Computer Scan twice. What can the issue be? Please HELP.

Why would you give him a link for version 3?

What I have noticed about the removal process for version 3.0 and version 4.x is that it is identical. There's no change in the removal process. The only change is in what file to download in order to reinstall. If you kept your previous 4.x download on your hard drive, you could reinstall from that download anyway.
