eset nod32 sysinspector error

Hello, I get this message of error on youtube using firefox:

eset sysinspector command line error. the xml file loaded is not valid for eset sysinspector I try to generate a log but it dosen`t work.


I use Vista 32 bit edition familial premium, my eset nod32 with the esetinspector version 5.095.0 , I use firefox 15.0.1

I keep getting this error message , I don`t know what to do to fix this error, I try updating everything but I still get the error, how can I fix this , can someone help , thank you.

 

Has your Windows Vista o/s been updated with Service Pack 2?

I'd also recommend uninstalling version 5.0.95.0 and installing version 5.2.9.1 as this will both get you the latest version of ESET NOD32 Antivirus and also flush out anything that may be wrong with the SysInspector itself.
