eset nod32 Antivirus Business Edition

    I have 3 computers of 122 that gives me the:
    Personal firewall An error occurred while starting proxy server. Checking of application protocols (POP3, HTTP) will not work.


    Im runnng ERA server and clients are a mix of 2.7 and 3.0.684 clients
    The operating system the clients use are fully patched XP pro SP3 intel computers. All Windows and Antivirus clients are swedish versions

    Some computers are in a 2003 domain and some are in a workgroup.
    All problematic clients are in workgroup

    All problematic clinents where upgraded from 2.7... before nod32 2.7 was installed the computers used F-secure antivirus...

    F-secure antivirus was removed with Trends uninstall-tool and this batchfile compiled with QBFC:

    have you tried to open the commandprompt and do a netsh winsock reset, restart the computer and see if it gives you the same error message ?
