When I right click on a file it does not show the scan option with my anti-virus which is version 4.
Enable context menu integration in the user interface under advanced set-up.
*Based on your follow-up posts perhaps a repair re-installation would work in lieu of a new installation, though I could not guarantee this, if prompted, select the advanced set-up menu upon re-installation,
ensure that you select the context menu integration.
This would be done via Add/Remove Programs, select Repair, post back your findings.
I checked and it is already checked.It did not helped.
Can anyone tell me how?
What if you turn it off, apply, and turn it on again?
Have you tried uninstalling and installing the latest build of EAV from scratch?
Where can I get it?
