ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server antispam filter wrong block Emails as a SPAM

    ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server v4.3 antispam Protection block whitelist email and users' emails as a SPAM.

    I add email address and domain to Users Whitelist but still block and bounced back email from Server to senders.

    How to do for allow users' customers and suppliers Emails?
