ESET Mail Security Anti-spam, not scanning all e-mails

    Hi,

    I have a customer with ESET Mail Security 4.5 installed (latest version). Since last week I received complaints that they receive more spam in their mailboxes than usual. So I investigated the situation and had a look at the e-mail headers where ESET usually puts its information about the SPAM score. I noticed that some e-mails (legit ones) had ESET entries in the e-mail header, but the SPAM messages that came through did not have ESET information in the header. However, some spam is filtered and is stored in the quarantaine.

    The customer has a SBS 2011 server with Exchange 2010. See text file.

    What I already did:
    - Re-install (upgrade) ESET Mail Security
    - Reset to default configuration / reconfirgure
    - Disable / enable anti-spam protection
