Good morning. I have a client with an SBS2003 server which I installed Mail Security Version 4.2.10015.0 on a few weeks ago, and all seemed to be fine. New license code, everything was working well. Until yesterday, when they didn't get any email. Even internal email thru Exchange didn't work. It was like it just stopped, and Exchange was still downloading emails from their POP accounts. Restarting the server was no help. I uninstalled 4.2.10015.0, and everything worked again. Client is now back on 2.7 and working fine. So, questions: What the heck? Are the downloaded emails still somewhere, or gone now that I put 2.7 back? What logs would be needed for more in-depth troubleshooting? Thanks in advance.
