Eset Mac Release Candidate not available

The website still links to the .90 beta, not the .97 RC (as of 12 noon CDT) (the internal package is dated 4/16/2012)

 

I confirmed that it is indeed still the Beta 5.0.90 on both the US and International Beta pages. I apologize for the confusion. I have been told that it should be available to download the RC version soon.

I have also filed a support ticket: #70732

 

It's now available! I just downloaded it. So far it is not running my CPU up to 100% so this RTM version has probably fixed this issue since it was a known issue and Eset was aware of it.

 

I was able to download it and play with it a little last night but I haven't completely delved into it. I did notice that streaming content was sometimes broken though and had to remove port 80 on the web scanner. I need more time to troubleshoot the issue before I report it as a bug.
