ESET Installer has been rejected by the server

    Just wondering if anyone has ever come across 'ESET Installer has been rejected by the server' in the einstaller.log while trying to install nod32 v4.2? When pushing the installation with diagnostics, the result is:

    Remote Registry Opening (ESET Security Product Info): Result Code: 5 (Access
    is denied.)

    Registering ESET Installer as a Service: Result Code: 1460 (This operation
    returned because the timeout period expired.)

    Diagnostics conclusion: Result Code: 1603 (Fatal error during installation.)

    Other details in the diagnostics show successful connection to registry and successfully connecting to the admin$ shares. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appriciated.

    1, Make sure that the admin account you specified for remote installation has full permissions for the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE key and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ESET and its subkeys, if exist.

    2, try installing the msi file locally first. If it ends with an error, contact ESET customer care.

    Are You going to send installtion on WS 2008?

    Try tu run server service with admin privilages (best with domain admin provilages) these settings can be set in start/run services.msc and on ESET RA server choice Loging tab. Than from maintenance tool - stop and run again server. Also try to installation package commands add IGNORE_CONFLICTS=1
