ESET Customer Care?

    On Saturday February 13, 2010, I meant to purchase NOD32 AV4 for my PC. I accidentally purchased the Eset Mobile Anti-virus. I don't have a cell phone or a smart phone. I did fill out a product detail report on Sunday, February 14, 2010, but so far no reply from customer care. How long does it usually take for customer care to reply back?
