ESET console problem

    i am using eset nod32 v4 business edition . its almost gonna be fine and i am happy with it . but someways i face a problem . console show my client pc last connect with console 8 days ago or more. but when i check my client pc then its show last update successfully and update version also OK . please find the attachment and help me .any body help me . please

    Updating from a server and reporting status are two different things.

    Updates (over HTTP) go over port 2221 while Remote Administration reports go over port 2222.

    So re-check the remote administration settings on both the Client and Server to see if they are setup correctly.

    Also check your firewall on the server.

    It looks as if you are running Windows Server 2008 and the builtin firewall blocks port 2222 per default so that the clients cannot deliver their status updates to the server.
