Eset Banking and Payment Protection Not Working

    I tried to post this to the Eset forum but could not get past the asinine Captcha test.
    I reinstalled Eset Internet Security but that didn't help.
    I ran Eset Log Collector. I'm ready to send it to Eset.
    Receiving the following error message:
    "The secured browser could not be started. associated error code: 0x847694e4"
