    Hi There,

I am running ESET Smart Security and also have Patch Management/Vulnerability scanner running on my network. When the patch management system performs an audit all my ESET clients report a port scanning attack and temporarily block communication with the patch management server. If i disable the firewall component of smart security the audit works fine. I was wondering if it is possible to allow such behavior from a particular internal IP address, if so how do i go about configuring that?

Add the desired IP address / subnet to the list of addresses excluded from active protection in the Zone setup.
