escan mwav 4.4.7 not operational

    This AM is attempted to update the mwav and got the message that it could not initialize.

    Then I attempted to call up the scanner, and got the message "Internal error!!! This could be because of incorrect system date setting. If not send log file to support@muti.net."

    I do not see any post that indicates anyone else has the problem. I have been updating daily, and scanning also. I am not aware of any change that would cause this, unless it would be yestereday's update.

    Any ideas? If it is much trouble I'll just get rid of it.

    Thanks, Don. It appears that whatever it is is universal. Maybe it is s temporary glitch, or maybe they just don't want us to use it as a freebie anymore.
