Errors in True Image 10 in Windows XP

    I recently bought True Image 10 and I'm getting "runtime errors" in Windows XP when I try to restore images. I believe the error messages say something about TrueImage Disk Monitoring Service. I have not experienced similar errors with earlier versions of the software. Please advise.

    Start Task Manager and make sure you have the following four services running:
    schedhlp.exe
    schedul2.exe
    TimounterMonitor.exe
    TrueImageMonitor.exe.
    If not do a repair install or uninstall and reinstall.
