Error with universal restor

    I get an error every time saying the restore has been interrupted and it cannot find **PNP0C14 I have tried using all drivers from the dell site * restoring to a Dell Optiplex 760, and nothing works. Any ideas/suggestions?

    Thank you. I found that link as well and to branch out, it could be any number of devices as there are quite a few that start out with that device id. I have opened an incident with Acronis and waiting for them to send a link to a different boot media. I am still open to ideas and suggestions here though :)
